I prefer to stick to local breeders, because I can actually see and hold what I'm about to buy, see the conditions it lives in, etc. Not only does it save on shipping, but you take a huge risk having a snake shipped. I talked to someone on here the other day who ordered a snake and it was dead when it arrived. I've heard great things about BHB (I think that's who it was). But that's just my 2 cents.
Oh hey! Just noticed your from MA too. The place I got my snake was Sabrina's Reptile Kingdom in Providence RI. I don't think I'll buy from anywhere else, their snakes are amazing. I haven't had one issue since I got him. Just a suggestion.

I have not been to those places. I edited my post probably after you sent yours but I go to Sabrina's Reptile Kingdom in Providence RI. They breed their own snakes but also get some from local breeders, they are all fed f/t mice/rats (which I prefer, nothing against the live eaters), and I've just had no issues with my guy. I just bought a rack to house three snakes, so I'll be getting more from there. Their prices are great too.

I would look at everyone's stock and see who's I like the most for the price i'm willing to pay.
