    Hey,

So our older female ball python is coming down with an RI. There is clicking, and she is opening her mouth and sometimes holding it open. Were not too sure on the process of helping her over come this, we have taken the towel off of her cage, and upped the heat. Any other suggestions? We have a reptile vet nearby if necessary.

I'd recommend checking out this video from BHB about RI's:http://snakebytes.tv/index.php?optio...=238&Itemid=14
If you start seeing excess mucus coming out of her I'd recommend seeking a reptile vet.

Taking her to the vet is really your only option... You need to get her on an antibiotic.....

Right now there is no mucus coming out of her mouth. Every now and then she has a forced breath though. There is wheezing and she is holding her mouth open every so often.
