Picking up my first ball on saturday! :D

My setup is basically complete (still waiting on my herpstat but will use a dimmer till it arrives) and a baby ball has become available for me to pick up on Saturday. Im super stoked to say the least. Ill grab a couple photos before I put him in his new home to get used to things. I have tons of homework this weekend but this should make it go by fast (or slow? :)). Anyways, just thought Id share.

I'm in the same boat but I'm waiting for my Herpstat and 3 snakes. The Herpstat is in the mail but the snakes have to come next month. We're having a vicious cold spell right now. Congrats :D I'm right there with you. Pretty excited. This forum rocks.

Sweet, that is pretty exciting. These your first snakes?

I had a columbian red tail boa when I was really young. I learned a lot but was not old enough to really appreciate the snake. Once he got older and larger he became pretty aggressive even when he wasn't feeding. I eventually gave him to a snake breeder. This was 15+ years ago. I've been into snakes for the past few years but didn't have the means to do it properly. I have a dedicated spare bedroom for snakes now. I decided that it was a good time in life to pursue the hobby again. I'm kind of OCD so I had to make sure I had everything in order. I finally got my DIY rack built and everything ordered. I can't wait until my trio are in the mail. :)
