    Banded X spider
They are close but a banded to my knowledge is a normal with a distinct genetic banding

How would this pairing go? Just 50/50?

there are so many different banded lines out there, basically its pick one and see what happens, some are dominant, some are recessive, some aren't even genetic at all (atleast in the single allele type of genetic). i would imagine most would have an effect on the spider, but i would also imagine it to be a case by case scenario of what the offspring would look like.

try to selectively breed it with busier patterned animals, i think you got the right idea with using banded type animals, but It won't just be a one generation thing, at least most likely it won't

I have Co-dom bandeds(Diesels) with a super(Super Diesels), I'm currently mixing them into other morphs. Not sure what a banded spider would look like thou. Here is a picture of a Super Diesel.

Ironically you have done the opposite of what I would like to do, you have cleaned up the pattern 90% I would like to make it more busy, amazing animal by the way, I would love to see that in a spider see what it does if anything
