CL Steal I believe or waste?

I live in chicago and casually browse CL ads. Theres this guy im talking to who has a bumblebee male, and a adult pastel male for sale. I have three snakes right now and wasnt going to get more till i got my rack. I emailed him to just see the price and try to get a feel for this guy. Well after talking he also has a rack for sale. He offered the 8 tub rack and the two male snakes for 750$. Problem is the tubs are a 28qt. I feel that this is to small and i will still have to upgrade and get bigger tubs anyways. If I were to try and get this I would offer like 600 or 650 to just see. (my luck he comes on these forums lol) No biggie either way... Im in no rush to buy anything just thought this might be a decent deal. Anyways sorry for the ramble.. thanks for the advice!!

Hmm...I'd say it's a pretty good deal. 28 qts are fine for adult males. Unless the male gets huge of course. They don't need to thermoregulate like the adult females do.

If I were you and in the market for a rack anyways I would jump on it.
