    No pest strips
Anyone had used this product for clearing mites? I know it is used to clear up bedbugs and it is a poisonous gas, but i've heard the elder breeders in my country use this for clearing mites when the time mite off is not invented yet. Anyone have heard of this and having information about using this product?

I use Prevent A Mite. Because its safe for reptiles and you don't have to worry about toxin exposure or anything like that if you follow the directions.

I have never tried anything else to kill mites in enclosures. I used bleach solution once, it wasn't effective. I used a luke warm water soak with a drop of dish soap in it to get mites off a snake to give it some immediate relief, but the only way I got rid of them was with the prevent a mite.

Is there a trend lately with "what else can I kill mites with?" threads, or is it just me?

I have heard of people using them, but I have never tried it myself.

I know what you mean, but, I don't think Provent-A-Mite is available outside of the USA, so there must be other products or methods available for people to use on the the various markets. It would help if people would identify their location, so perhaps, another member from their area could offer suggestions...
