I use photobucket, once uploaded, just copy & paste image code

[i m g] picture direct link and then [ / i m g]
only without spaces.

One more addition to all your advice :P Upload your pictures to photobucket, hover over the picture you want, copy paste the "IMG Code" link into this thread.
