    What should I do
I have bred my girls since october and they are building towards ovulation at the moment. A breeder that I know says he raises his temps back up and kicks on the belly heat 24/7 on feb. 14th, probably since he has an entire room and most of his have ovulated by this time. If mine havent ovulated yet and I raise the temps and kick back on the belly heat 24/7 will this effect them negatively concerning their ovulation and potentially having eggs?

It's possible. I've heard the opinion that too high of temperatures can cause pre-mature ovulation which will result in slugs. I can say that the only slugs I got last year (out of 11 clutches) came from the two girls who didn't ovulate before the summer heat wave.

Last season I cooled my breeders to the mid 70's at night to get them going and once they started breeding I set the belly heat at 88 degrees 24/7 until they laid and then back up to 92 for the off season. I had 3 clutches and zero slugs doing that. I am doing the same thing this season and everything is on track.

I keep my reptile room at around 80*, racks at 94*, I don't cool, so far I expect all of my breeders to go by the looks of things, last season I only had one give me 2 viable and 4 slugs, but she retained sperm so I wasn't even expecting that clutch
