Help getting LIVE RATS BLOOMINGTON IL

Does anyone know where I can get live rats and mice in my neighborhood I am located in the BLOOMINGTON IL area and am in dier need of live. There are no pet stores that sell live rats. the only pet store there is is petco which we all know is worthless.

And as of right now i cant breed rats yet i live in apt and dont have the room
