    I think this is good!
I noticed my female ovulating on 2/5 after feeling 6 big follicles in her. Last night I decided to lightly palpate her to see what I felt...And I felt nothing! This should mean that they have become eggs correct? Slugs would still feel hard? Just curious.

    Thanks!

When I was palpating females last year, I could still feel lumps in girls who had ovulated. They're not as hard/noticeable as follicles but they should still be there.

Okay...Maybe I just didn't feel them? I know for a fact that she had 6 HUGE follicles before Ovy and now I can not feel them at all. As I said though...I was very gentle with her since I was scared to damage anything. Is it safe to palpate post Ovy?

    Thanks for the comment.

They will be lower down now that she has ovulated! I had a thread on palpating after ovy and the response I got was that it was safe!

Thanks! I'll give her another feel later tonight. Maybe I was feeling up to high (where the follicles were)?

I palpated her again last night and still felt nothing. Maybe the eggs aren't developed enough for me to feel them yet? I know how to palpate, but I'm nor pro. I'm just going to leave her alone for a few weeks and see how things progress. It looks like her belly is turning pink, so hopefully I see a prelay shed pretty soon!

It's like feeling for marbles and then feeling for water balloons. lol I'm sure they're there and just being overlooked. ;) Good luck!

This...they're a lot softer and larger than before...slugs will actually feel like larger gaps in the string of follicles

Thanks! I'm possitive they are there too...That's why I feel kind of dumb no being able to feel them! I did notice last night that the mass that was where the follicles were is now much further back (her lower 1/3 of her body).

I would just wait a week or two and try again! Don't want to stress out the poor girl! LOL!
