    Can. I move Babies
I currenly have three rats that have babies one all black one has 11. One blue who has 6 left 5 died witch is weird this is her second time her first time she had 14 and one black and white hooded who has only 4 also strange this is her second litter first time had 11. I was wondering can I put the 4 babies with the blues they are 1 week apart but have good size cause there was so few or would the blue mom eat them these two girls are my first two rats and last time they had there babies together in same enclosure at same time.

Yeah you can foster babies to another mother preferably as close in size as possible

Yep, I foster all the time. I have three breeder groups, and I sort my babies out by pinkies, fuzzies, and pups (each size in a different breeder group). I tend to sort since often times if a new mom has babies in with pups, the pups push the pinks down to the bottom and they can't get any milk. Of course, I house my breeders together all the time too (yes, including the male). Some people have said that the males will kill any babies that are not theirs, but I've never had any issues with this--if I'm adding new pinks to a tub, I handle all of the babies so they all smell the same, and the males have not killed any to my knowledge. I have found a few dead babies on occasion, but that comes with the territory--not all babies survive.

Yes you can. I move rat pinks around all the time with no problems.
