These 2 have been locking up at least 7 to 8 times since the beginning of Dec 2010. Both of them are still eating and basically lock up every time I introduce both of them.
Is there anything I should look out for beside their weight, rest and feeding habits?
When will I see building till eggs laying?

Time till eggs is very variable if even you get any eggs, remember because they lock even if you see the female build this still does not guarantee eggs.

The only sure things as far as timeline goes is to start the countdown when you witness an ovulation, after that it's 45 days (average till eggs)

    Ovy
Pre-lay shed 14 days after ovy
    Eggs 45 days after ovy

As far as signs there are many to look for here is something that might be helpful to you http://www.ballpython.ca/gallery/breeding.html, just remember this as a guideline you may or may not witness all those signs.

Oh, means there is a risk of no eggs laying even though they are perfectly lock for numerous time? Is there anything I can do now beside carrying on with the routine of 3 days off, 3 days together and crossing fingers?

Cross your toes too? There is absolutely no 100% guarantee of eggs no matter how many locks you see.

All you can do is wait and see! You have done what you can by pairing them up! Just keeping pairing and hope for the best!!!
