    Record Keeping
I was just wondering how everyone keeps records for their snakes. I use paper forms, but I would like to find a good online way to keep records.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I use paper as well, but you could use an excel sheet. Also, I have heard a lot of talk about apps being made, but I haven't seen any finished yet...

I used to keep record of everything than as the collection grew I narrowed it down to what is important to me.

I mainly keep breeding records for my animals and I use Degei

Now for hatchlings that I do not holdback I keep feeding records on paper cards.

I keep a sprial notebook for each snake - although I currently only have four. I currently write everything down from poopers, pee, sheds, feedings, etc. but as I stated I only have four so I can do this.

I have 13 BPs and I just keep a date book where I write down feeding notes(who ate, who didnt), breeding notes(any locks I see) and thats pretty much it. It keeps things simple, and I usually just keep a mental note of sheds and poops. :P

Here is a good thread about record keeping.

I posted the charts I use. I think good record keeping is an important husbandry tool and have looked back at records countless times to reference a snakes feeding schedule, weight gain or loss and other information. Just keep it simple and do what's easiest for you. I like the paper method personally because I don't have the time to input the written data in to a computer or internet database.

Thanks to everyone that replied. I signed up for iherp, but I think I will still keep doing paper records also.
