    feeding question and concern
Well I have tried ever feeding method and de-thawing method I don't know weather I am just still not use to seeing an animal go a few weeks without eating and just stressing or not but here is whats going on. I have my Ball pythons housed appropriately and heated correctly however they go a few weeks sometimes and won't eat then will eat like crazy for me then next week I will try to feed them as I usually feed them once a week they will ignore the food like they don't want it and won't eat. Should I be worried?

thanks kindly for any help you can provide me,

    Lance

mine do this too,... but usually only around shed time so i wouldn't worry to much just make the offer and keep trying or if it becomes a habit you could try feeding every other week, which is what i do with mine... how big are they??? and what size are they offered every week???

You could try offering small rats instead of medium rats.

They are probably refusing to eat to catch up.

Remember because they can eat large preys does not mean they need too.

Feeding smaller preys weekly will allow you to have animals feeding with more consistency.

ok I will keep with the mice for a bit more and see where it goes. How would you recommend into the larger prey items?
