Pre Lay Shed?

I was wondering if all female have a prelay shed before they lay,because my big girl ovulated about 3 1/2 weeks ago.And has not darkened up the least bit,she has also been soaking all day the past 2 days.

Pre lay shed varies among individuals, but patience is the key.
