    question about shipping
so i am trying to figure out what box to use to ship my snakes to my new home. can i use a box that says "book box" on it and write with sharpie "live harmless reptile, keep up" and make my own red arrows point up? i mean the box is brown and i would put white paper and write it on there the tape it to each side?

what about those Fedex boxes that say Fedex? as long as it is the right size right?

i have everything else set up but the original box i had was broken due to family members thinking they can use it for their use.

i am being a worry butt and do not want my babies to die on the move.

You need to use a box that the shipping company determines is suitable for live animal shipping. The boxes sold by http://superiorshippingsupplies.com/ are made specifically to ship reptiles. They are strong enough that if boxes are stacked on top of them they will not break. They also have foam inserts that help normalize the temperature inside the box.

You need to make sure that you use an INSULATED box like was linked above.

You can order a single kit I think still from either Reptiles Express or Ship Your Reptiles. Even TSK Supply.
