    Aluminum track lubricant?
    I have some mealinime cages and the glass does not slide very well in the track even with rubber tape on the bottom. So I was wondering are there any lubricants I could use to make the glass slide better that would also be safe around my snakes and are not too messy.

    I'd look for a dry lube of some sort, I have no idea about toxic effects, normally I'd say graffite. But maybe corn starch?

    I'd say corn starch or a really fine sawdust like they use on shuffle board tables
