i am buying a female double het clown/albino and i was thinking of breeding her and buying several other females and a super pastel male, any suggestions

well with the female double het bred with the super pastel, it would breed some killer clowns and super pastel albinos?

Not at all.
It wouldn't even make a super pastel or a "killer" or a clown.
in fact it would make all pastels that are 50% pos het for clown and 50% pos het for albino :)

super to recessive, just makes pastels het *insert reccessive morph here*
very minimum you need to get the super version of a recessive, would be a pastel/het *insert reccessive morph here* to another pastel/het *insert reccessive morph here*, with this pairing you only have a 1/16 chance of getting what you want tho.
both parents each have to have a chance to give a pastel gene and a recessive gene to the offspring.
