    Cinny eyes
I've had my pair of cinny's for a few months now and I was looking at my girls eyes and they are not solid black like I keep reading about. she has a white silver color with her eyes. Is that common, shes shedding right now so I can't ge a good pic was just curious if it was common or not.

It seems the eye color varies. Mine has solid black, but I have seen grayish ones.

It's normal. Some cinnys have a lighter color on the top portion of the eyes. Mine all have very dark eyes tho. With some morphs the eye color should always be a certain thing. Like pastels have green eyes in one shade or another. Woma balls usually have green eyes but they can also have dark eyes or some silver or bronze color to them.

It probably has to do with the eye stripe. My male has no eye-stripe at all... has black eye. The ones that have the silvery eye probably have a bit of an eye-stripe.

All cinnies I have seen have solid black eyes, and if paired with pastel then the pewter offspring will have kind of silverish eyes.

I've seen dozens of cinnies at shows. Without exception, if they have an eye stripe, the eye is lighter where the stripe runs, if there is no eye stripe the eye is solidly dark.

Like my pastel, he has the most amazing eyes. They are true pastel green on bottom, but on top where his eye stripe runs they are molten green-gold. If you look at his eyes for long, you understand where the myth that snakes could put you in a trance by staring at you came from.
