out of the loop:how much??

I've been out of the ball python world for a few years, how much should I pay for:

2008 female pastel- 830 grams
2008 male spider- 700 grams
2009 normal- 700 grams

??? Please let me know!

check kingsnake, fauna, and other such sites and compare. not all snakes are worth the same even with the same gene.

Female pastels with size seem to be going for about 50 cents a gram. So $400ish on the female pasel.

I have seen proven breeder male spiders priced at about $250ish.

Pastels are VERY dependent on color. A really spectacular, clean yellow color at that size could easily ring in at $500 or 750 or even upwards for a female. And I might happily pay it if she really looks good, especially if I could see her in person to confirm it. But most pastels will have browned out at that size.

For a sub-adult normal girl I wouldn't pay more than $200. Spiders I really don't know--I don't pay close attention. But a young breeder boy shouldn't be worth THAT much more than a nice hatchling.

I agree with 50 cents a gram for pastel female on average

id say the average price for a proven normal female is around 100 bucks, unless she got something special. so for a 700 gram girl? 50 bucks

spider male id say 250-400 if hes proven, depending on looks obviously.

I pay 50 for my male normal he is 43 inc or around. I dont have a scale right now
