If it was sold to you as a cross, it most likely is. Pure animals generally have more demand.

I'd say it looks like an irian jaya jag sibling (an animal from a jaguar to irian jaya breeding that does NOT carry the jaguar trait) to me.

In other words, you have a coastal x IJ intergrade/mutt.

Who sold it to you and how much did you pay for it? IS the person you bought it from not respectible enough to take his word or do you just think he could be wrong?

It looks like it could be IJ or Coastal so it is probably jsut what you were told it was.
