    Bath Time?
This may be the silliest question yet, but is there a way to give my BP a bath? Other than just using warm water, can I use like dog shampoo or another mild soap to get the bad smell off of him? Thanks for reading!:P

    Your BP smells bad?

I think any cleaning solvent that is "snake safe" would be fine. I've seen products like that at the local Petco.

I wouldn't chance it. If your solvent turns out not to be BP safe your going to have serious problems. Water should be fine for all your BP bathing needs. If your BP's still smells after a rinse or short bath (which they prob. won't as I've never had one not rinse clean) then he will only stink until his next shed.

Or you may have to clean out his/her inclosure. Spot cleaning can only last so long...if that is even your problem. None of my ball pythons have ever smelled, so this only my suggestion.

That's what I would recommend too, Ball pythons shouldn't just "smell bad".

Don't know about bathing them, but if they are a little smelly, but when mine get into their poo, I use a wet wash cloth & pears glycerin soap and wipe them down.
