How many people have seen spider offspring without the spider pattern that wobble?
As this was asked in another thread, I decided to pull it out here and ask it separately.

For MYSELF--I have bred spiders, and my male is a wobbler. He has never produced any normal offsping that wobbled (but some of his spider offspring did). Likewise, with my womas--none of the non-woma siblings have shown signs of a wobble.

My pastel female is from a spider x pastel clutch, and I don’t really think it’s a wobble but she does shake her head a little when she hunts, kind of like a spider wobble. She’s fine otherwise and perfectly healthy. I just look at it as a quirk.

This has been buried forever, but anyone else? Any wobble in spider or woma sibs? (If not, I think we can rest the idea that it may be anything not directly linked to those genes).

My Woma and his offspring, including the Woma offspring, never had any sign of wobble.

This is a really interesting question.

I have only had one clutch bee x lesser. 5 eggs .2 pastels .1 spider .1 queen bee and 1.0 normal. The spider and queen bee both had a degree of wobble the pastel and normals did not. Thats enough to convince me its in the gene.
