Do you let your boas climb?

I've read that if you offer something for a boa to climb on they'll enjoy it.

Just wanted to see how many people offer climbing branches etc. for their boas, and if not why not?

My two day experience of owning a baby boa says yes...

Most definitely.

2 of my boas and one of my ball pythons seem to enjoy it on occasion but the rest tend to like it on the ground. I guess it just depends on the snake.

Adult boas are less likely to utilize climbing structures, but babies sure love to climb!

Mine looks so adorable sitting in his little "tree", how could I not? :D

Boas like to climb.
I voted no just because most of my boas are in 4x2x1 boaphile cages. I plan to purchase/build some taller cages in the future with climbing branches, shelves, etc.
If we don't provide boas with climbing structures, etc., I think we miss out on a lot of their behavior. Climbing is also good for them. Exercise does the body good. IMO

I totally agree... So I voted yes! ;)

For a juvenile, absolutely. Mine loves sitting on her sticks. As for an adult, I guess you really don't have to put anything in there for them, but it would be nice to at least let them out to climb on things (a tree in the front yard or a fence or something similar). Personally I plan to have my dad build an enclosure for mine this summer, and it's gonna be at least a little tall so she can get off the ground.
