Lil fella was left outside to freeze!!!!

Oh my gosh!! Poor little angel! He has the sweetest face! :( How could someone leave a living creature out to die in the cold! Gosh, I know in Texas where I live tonight it's supposed to be 18 degrees F... Cooold!!!

hes lovely by the way . in one if the pics looks like he has a tiny dimple in his eye i think this is a sign of dehaydrated . maybe some fluid injections ?
