    Is it a bad thing?
Hi guys I have 4 pythons in tubs is it a bad thing that they arnt trying to escape? I mean I hear ppl always saying theirs is trying to get away mines seem to be pretty content to stay in their hides or just laying out in the tub. I hope this means they are happy

Make sure your tubs are secure, because when you least expect it & become complacent, you will come to the tub(s) and find them gone :snake:

My snake does not roam around much and never appears to try to get out either. I think this is a pretty good sign, mine spends over 90% of her time in a hide.

This is exceptionally good! A snake that does excessive roaming and trying to find a way out is obviously stressed and not comfortable, for what ever reason, in their home.

Sounds to me that your snakes are happy with their homes! :D

I have one who never tries to escape, sits with me contently in one or two spots even when she is out and in her tub never tries to leave.. in fact would prefer I not ask her to LOL. Then I also have one who spends about 10 minutes twice a day trying to escape and roaming her tank at dusk and dawn.. she is also super curious and active when we have her out.. just personalities thats all..

If my BP is fat and happy he'll most likely just be chillin in his hide on the hot spot. After 3-5 days, he's cruising looking for some more food.
