    I'm guessing a 30-40g mouse is an adult right? If it is mine take about 6-10weeks and I feed my grow outs bird seed. So it really just depends on what you feed them and how long you leave them with thier mom. I have found out that they grow a lot fast if you leave them with thier mother for 22-24 days instead of the usual 21days (3weeks). This is just from what I have seen from my production.     I don't use a calendar, but I have hundreds in a grow out tank on 19% rodent diet... I figure between 3 and 4 weeks after weaning. So, approximately 6 to 8 weeks...
    Of course any one can grow at a different rate to another.
