    Question about mouse bite
Gene was bitten by a mouse a couple weeks ago or so. The wound seems to be healing just fine, but there's a little bump above it, almost like a folded piece of skin or something. Is this something that will go away with shed or something, or is it a cause for concern? Thanks.

pics? Sounds weird, probably harmless, but hard to even guess if I can't see it... :/

It sounds like something that I saw once at the local reptile shop. They had a Woma Python in a tank with a very large bump on his back. I asked the guys about it and they said that the previous owner didn't pay attention and the guy got bit by a rat. They said that during shed that area doesn't shed well and he needs help with it.

Beyond that I know nothing about it, are you using anything on it? Like Neosporin or ReptiWound?

I'll get pics up soonish, and I used Neosporin on it until recently.

Hmm, I can't really say without seeing it, but it could be scar tissue that will eventually go away with time.

Took a closer look at it yesterday, even though he wouldn't sit still. It looks like the majority of what I was worried about is just a flap of skin. Will be able to determine more once he sheds which should be any day now.
