There isn't much more you can do other than giving him good humidity and making sure he has fresh clean water at all times. If he's thirsty, he'll drink, and you can't force him to do so.
As for the not peeing in a month, it's not surprising because balls tend to get most of their water from their prey, and since he's been fasting he hasn't had any prey.
All I can really tell you is to give him water and let him "take care of himself". I highly doubt he'll let himself dehydrate.

Just an update....I gave Tobie a good soak the other night and by morning he had urine and urates in his tub - I was sooo excited to see this - LOL
I think I need to get a life!!!!!
