    Day One - It's a New Day!
Well, today is Day One of THIS weight loss journey. Just got back from Weight Watchers and I'm excited about their new PointsPlus program and the fact that all fruits are ZERO points.

I've already been craving healthier foods, and while reviews I've read online about the new PointsPlus program have been mixed, most negative reviews have been from those who depend on convenience foods as the bulk of their meals.

THIS program encourages making healthier whole food choices, which TODAY I'm all about. Most all veggies, except for really starchy ones are also zero points - that means I can add as many veggies and fruits as I need to stay satisfied.

We'll see how this journey goes! My neighbor joins me next week (she had to go with her husband to SC today to take her step children home, or she would have joined with me today). I didn't want to wait another week to join.

    Wish me luck!

WoooHoooo! Welcome board the Journey Train, Robin!! :D

Fruits are now zero points? I could jump on that bandwagon! LOL WW really is a good program if you use it right. My only problem with it is I suck at tracking stuff consistently long term. Can't wait to walk with you on this, though! I'm all about the fruits and veggies now! :D
