My BP Won't Feed... Confused
My Bp (King) Has within the last 2 weeks suddenly just stopped feeding, I've tried feeding him 3 times; he's shown no interest what-so-ever in striking for the mouse. The Place I Bought Him from said when he's 6 months old I should get him a bigger set-up because they gave me a small square shaped tank for him, he's now over 2 feet long so I think maybe he needs the bigger vivarium set-up.
If anyone has any knowledge or previous experience similar to this and information would be be appreciated, thanks.

my tank size is roughly 8-12 inches in diameter, temperature of heat pad etc = 88 degrees, has a bark base covering and then has some wood that I've broken into a hide from him placed over one side.
Re: My BP Won't Feed... Confused
it could be due to humidity and temps, what type of hide and substrate you have him with, and it could also be that he is fasting. from what i've heard, fasting is not usually a huge problem unless there is an extreme amount of weight loss. hopefully you dont have him on just a uth without any kind of control, those things can get pretty hot by themselves.

Have you had a chance to review and go over the checklist in our caresheet for "Why Won't My Snake Eat?"

So HOW big is the tank? I'm not sure what you mean by diameter. Can you just measure the height/width and depth? How are you monitoring the temps?
How often have you been trying to feed? Give him a week between attempts to get hungry and chill out. If you are trying every day, he could be overwhelmed.
My male ate FT for a few times, then decided he didn't like them. I had to switch back to live for a year or so.
