How long can snakes go without water?
    Hi all

I am planning a trip soon and would like to know how long snakes can go without water. I always keep them with full water bowls while home, but I am worried that if I am away for a week and the water dries up a day or two before I get back, that they might be in danger. Or, maybe they are awesome at water retention, I just don't know. However, one of you does, and it would be awesome to hear what you think. Thanks!

I don't know how long they can go without water, but if it's only for a week, just put a larger water bowl in there.

Thanks. I ought to clarify that the snakes in question are a bp, RTB, and BRB. All are a year of age (I don't have a scale to measure weight).

I'm reasonably sure that the water in their bowls will last long enough. However, I was wondering if snakes were like us in that they can't go more than a couple days without water, or if they are capable of lasting longer periods of time without it.

Snakes can go weeks without water depending on where they originate. Like your BRB will need more water than a Ball but the RTB will need more than the Ball.

But a week wont harm any of them if their healthy and well fed
