    Rack almost done!
Did it today. Just have to buy my flexwatt wednesday and screw on the back, wire the herpstat in and its done. In total it will cost under $100, excluding herpstat.

You should get some of the melamine tape to cover the bare edges of the rack. Moisture will eventually get in there if you don't seal it up well enough.

Looks good. Are you going to use belly heat? I just converted my 41 quart rack that looks just like yours to belly heat. I used to use back heat on it, but it wasn't heating up correctly.

My husband says that rockler.com sells a self adhesive PVC edging for melamine that works pretty good and it is easier to trim than laminate edging.

Thanks!! The tubs are cb70's, holds 5 of them with 4 inch bellyheat zigzaged from top to bottom on a Herpstat. I think it's 35 inches long, 36 inches high and 18.5 wide, used almost 3 sheets of 3/4 inch melamine. Took me maybe 1.5 hrs to put together. Had all the wood cut when I bought it. If u got anymore questions about it, just ask. For the past few days it's been set up, my temps have been bang on!!
