    feeding tricks question..??
    Hey all
so ive been reading up one some feeding tricks.. and being its that time of year.
i came across this trick ,to use some gerbil beding to sent a rat/mouse..
my 450gm male hasnt eaten this month since the 3rd. i also in turn picked up a large male normal (havent weighted him yet) on the 18th. who also hasnt fed since who knows when.. so tonight i tried the gerbil beding trick and it worked. .but im questioning if this will 1 either get them going normally or 2 make them where ill need to sent a rat each time i try to fed these boys. is there any down sides to doing these types of feeding tricks?
    sugestions please.. thanks all

i would not do that all the time bc they will get use to eating the gerbil and get use to that sent and it will be hard to get them to go back to mice or rats have you tryde f/t and tongs or do you feed live if you have been feeding f/t try live
