    Recessive x Recessive
Is paring same recessive morphs like pied to pied, clown to clown and other same recessive morphs to each other going to produce deform babys like paring albino to albino?

The only one I have heard the most issues with is spider x spider, but I'm no expert by any means and its a dominate gene

Albino to Albino in Ball Pythons is a non-issue. The problem with Albinos is in Boas.

And if you breed Clown to Clown or whatever recessive to the same recessive, you will get 100% of the babies being visual for that recessive.

Hey leeetle girly. Leave Big Gunns boas alone.:taz::taz:

There is a problem with albino boas, but it really has nothing to do with breeding albino to albino. You can have the same eye issue if you breed het to het. You can have it one year and not the next with the same pairing.

Big Gunns always says. If you haven't produced a one eye albino, you haven't produced many albino boas.

I can't speak for everyone but I'd say it's probably because visuals are a lot more expensive to buy and a lot longer to produce in general, so most people buy a visual, use it in a breeding project and then breed one of the offspring that is het for it back to the parent.

I agree with this. It doesn't make sense to waste a visual to a het if two visuals have 100% visual babies. I'm thinking it's a money issues. Also, the people who can afford all those visuals have much cooler projects going on than piedxpied or clownxclown, they are doing things like axanthicxspider het axanthic, clownxsuper pastel het clown, etc.

    Well, let me see.

I love pieds and plan to breed my own one day. I am fortunate enough to have been able to afford a baby pied male at around $600 who is already 500 grams.

Now, I can buy a near breeding or breeding size female het pied for around $800-1000, and you can usually find one if you look.

A breeding size visual pied female will be a cool $3000 + , IF I can find one for sale.

Guess what I'm going to buy ?

Congrats on that male pied, at 600 it's a steal. But on the het female, you are running into the risk of the gene unless you are really buying from a trusted source. Buying that breeding size visual pied female can pretty much give you your money back on that first clutch, but if you can find one for 3k. Just a thought... ;)
