    sealing?
    lookin to seal a home-made plywood cage..ive heard a ton of diffrent products to use, what has woked best for yall...lookin for an iguana and python cage

    Not going to use plywood though. So what does everyone agree on as far as sealer OR paint for the inside of a wood reptile enclosure??

    Sand your wood well.

    Caulk all of the seams heavily and let it cure well.

    Use the type of paint that people use on garage floors. Several coats.

    Let everything dry for 10-14 days and let it air out.

    You will be set after that.

    I just sealed mine with water based polyurethane
