    whats up yall
    any good tips for my ball python hunt, i have a few pet stores in town but im considerin lookin at one of the reptile shows that come close to me before I go to a store, altho this will b my first pet ive actually bought because I tend to stick to rescues, but I dont know if im comfortable getting a resuce snake at first

    thx, not lookin for so much the pattern or morth but healthy or not and if all the rumors r tru about not buyiing for a store compard to a breader

    Very true I tend to buy from small breeders but you can get good and bad anywhere

    I am/will be looking for a female pastel here soon and want to find a breeder here in SATX so if there is a problem, we and sit down and not go through all the shipping bs

    To be honest you would be better off getting a rescue bp than a pet store bp. Most pet stores don't do well with their bps because of where they got the bp from and they keep them in display tanks. Bps aren't display animals and stress very easily when they are forced to live that way, which makes them stop eating. I have seen few chain pet stores with healthy bps.

    Good luck in your search! I advise waiting for the expo in your area and picking one up there!
