    Our first snakes (DUW)
I found some old pictures of some of our first snakes. Last night I scanned them on to my computer and they didn't come out so great but I wanted to share the wonderful animals we were blessed to have.

My husband's (then boyfriend's) first snake, Pandora. He was so scared of snakes when we met! I though it was cute. He really loved this girl though.

My first snake, Draven, a BP :D. And my second snake Medusa (in second pic). (I had no idea what sex they were, lol.)

Our Jungle Carpet, Slim. He/She was smokin'! We both really regret selling him/her.

And finally, our first Albino Burm, Whitie/Satan. He started out named Satan due to his feisty nature (he had been taunted at the pet store). Then my husband's dad just started calling him Whitie after he became my "puppy dog".

I miss having these guys and wish life had allowed me to keep them with me.

Nice collection. Most of my first snakes were burms and boas.

Very cool snakes. Carpets are so neat! Are they bitey?

Thanks. Our carpet was kind of bitey for the first few months until it got used to us but at the time we sold it it was super tame. They are really great animals.

I got 3 carpets and I let my boss's 6 year old daughter hold all of them with the threat of "if she gets bit, my wife will make me fire you" lol. their like any snake, each has their own personality. all 3 of mine are great. The male as a baby was really bitey, but he grew out of that within 2 months. other 2 I got when they were already older.
