    Mojave question :D
Hey everyone it seems because of the economic situation alot of people find the 5 dollars a wek there snake eats is to much and drop them off at the store or we buy them if they are healthy and different. But some time from last week to last night a new snake been dropped off and im not sure but from some pictures ive seen of mojave's it seems to be one.

Sooo my question is this, what traits can i look for in this snake visually to make sure it is actually one. It has the blaze/flames between the "heads" bit right now its jsut about to shed and gone blue grey.

If i am able to sneek pictures i will but for now can some one give a list of points visually that makes a mojave.

some times floating alien heads, dark heads and backs with bright yellows.

    but thats kinda general.
mojaves are weird, they are all different, some are super bright and some pitch black..

pics would be easier than a discription.

just google mojave ball python and you'll get 1000s of examples.

That the thing though i have googled alot but to an untrained eye a mojave, normal, cinny, burgandy all loook the same and a mute pastel looks normal-e. Its in the process of starting to shed but hopefully in the next day its out and i can take a few fast hijack pics of the snake before anyone sees me.

But the flames up the side its head is darker it doesnt have the light skull cap liek normals have but its also grey and has cloudy eyes lol.

Mojaves are pretty easy to pick out. I'm guessing that if you can't tell he's probably not a mojave, especially if it's a young one. Even when they shed the yellow color on the spine is quite noticeable. Also, normals don't really have yellow alien heads, or alien heads for that matter. Some normals will have some alien heads, but not all alien heads (of course there are rare exceptions).

My two mojaves, the one on the right is a '09

Here is my normal female that has all alien heads, but notice they are not yellow.
