No, some are just more confident and laid back than others. Not sure if those words apply, precisely, but you get the idea. :)

Well all my snakes are handled every day, except for 48 hrs after feedings, and my new burm will be too!

Not weird it all. Like yeroc said hes probably comfortable with me. My male normal ball python is so comfortable with me, i hold him every day except for 2 days after feeding. On the other hand my female pastel that i got last week is still a little nervous being held but is getting better everyday.
