You can start pairing them now. You should pair your males with your females until you see ovulations. At that point you can stop. If February comes and you haven't seen ovulations keep pairing. Last year was my first year breeding and i started pairing at the beginning of November but didn't get ovulations until May! The breeding schedules you see are only generalizations and you should not expect your snakes to follow it precisely. As a first time breeder it can get frustrating because your not quite sure if things are going right due to lack of experience. Since my snakes took so long last season by April or so I was convinced that nothing was going to happen. Soon after 100% of my females ovulated and went on to lay fertile eggs.
I like to get a copulation at least every few weeks or so with each female. The most important time to get your males with your females is once you see that they are building/glowing etc as these are signs of follicle growth and the nearing of ovulations.
