Is It A Yellow Belly?

well my cousin just came back from LA and he said he got a snake from some one in craigslist. the person selling it did not know the sex so my cousin said ill go check it out and if its a girl that he was going to get it. it was for sale for 20 bucks. so he went and saw that it was a male but he decided to get it cause of the yellow it had. the guy really needed to get rid cause one time it escaped and his mom would not let him keep it no more. so he got it for free. then he told me to post it up here to see what every body thinks of it. so what do you think it is. and oh yeah the guy said he just bought it at a pet store as a normal.

The name yellowbelly confuses new keepers. It is sort of misleading.
