    Stubborn male finally breeds!!
Well after 2 yrs and a lot of frustration my male bee has finally decided to stop being a girl! :D

I'm not sure if he was just finally ready or if I help him out through my own actions....

In the past I have always put my males in 41q tubs with the females on newspaper to breed. I pulled him last night from a 41q tub after being in there 2 days since he was showing no interest and put him into his 30q tub with the same female. I left his somewhat soiled aspen as well to make him feel more at home :) Behold the results:

Sometimes the littlest things really make such a difference. My full grown albino male will sometimes just go off feed. No matter what time of year. When he does that, I put him in my hatchling rack for a few days and BAM! He slams a rat. It like jump starts him. Then back he goes to his normal tub and eats fine for months.

Seems like they prefer a single than a king sized bed. Good luck on the season. :gj:
