    well I think that as long as its not a windstorm kicking up all your substrate and rolling eggs over, it should be okay to have a good amount of air movement.

    airflow is to even your temps out from top to bottom of your incubator. put a dimmer switch on it to control it.

    This is why we suggest having incubators trial and error months before anything happens.

    Start off with one fan and wait a few days. If top temp is still higher that bottom temp, you can relocate the probe from t-stat and or add another fan.

    Took 4 fans in my incubator to level out top and bottom exactly, but im using a full size freezer. I used 80mm 31CFM computer fans plugged into a jumped computer power supply.
