What's the humidity in the tank? Try to keep it at about 70% - 80% and see if he takes it off himself. If in a couple days he hasn't shed off, give him a quick soak, no more than 5 minutes, in some warm water (put him in a tupperware in water that goes about halfway up his body height, and put in a washcloth so he can sit on that).

Once he's soaked, take him out and let him run through the warm damp washcloth. You can try to rub it off a bit too, but some ball pythons are more head shy than others, so if you see that it freaks him out, don't do it. It also helps if you can get someone else to help you by having two washcloths and rotating them, and have the other person go back and forth re-warming them with water.

If after this he still hasn't gotten it off, try again in a couple days.

To get that part of shed off you can toss him in a wet pillow case tied off.

Toss pillow case back in cage on warm side and let it for 30-45 mins. This should loosen it up and come off.

If not you can also get rubber thimbles and slowly remove them.

Just curious but once they actually start to get the old skin off how long does that process take? Mine has just started to remove her skin but she stopped after a short bit down her neck. Should I help her out and soak her or is she just taking her time?

How can you tell if it's stuck shed or not? She's really wrinkled right now (wife sorta picks on her about that lol) so I can't tell what might or might not be stuck.

Thats a stuck shed due to low humidity in cage.

Its time to toss him in a wet pillow case for 45 mins and tie it off. set it back in the cage on warm side and let it sit. Should get off most and whats not off assist getting it off.
