    ugh
just went through the same thing with mine. had it under control in 4 days. lotsa work though. treating glass tank daily, daily baths with Jurassi Mite (clove based). Removed aspen substrated and replaced with newspaper. Relocated the tank. Baked all wood TWICE, lol. bleached everything that was not pourous. Switched from moss to white paper towels in her humid hide. sprayed down everything she had come in contact with some stuff a breeder gave me. AAUUGGHH. Replaced aspen bedding today and treated with Provent a Mite. Lotsa stress for both of us, but feeding day is tomorrow, so hopefully she will be ok.
There were alot of suggestions of diff methods, but i chose to use the 4 day natural treatment THEN spray the substrate on the 5th day. wish u luck, they are a pain in the butt to get rid of!

I think we may have crossed wires in the bolded part.

PAM in this sense does not in any way refer to the cooking spray - it is shorthand for Provent - a -Mite.

You will probably have to order it online (should be about $20 ) and it is the best thing ever for beating mites as it keeps working for a period of time after treatment.

The reason they keep coming back is the female mite lays eggs and can travel some distance before doing so - when those eggs hatch you get re-infested all over again.

Order Provent-a-mite, follow the instructions exactly and repeat after 20-30 days or so and you should finaly be free of the little bloodsuckers.
