Breeding females year after year... Healthy?
Just a question/opinion please about breeding a female after she laid eggs last year. Is it healthy?

After my Pastel laid 9 eggs last year she looked so skinny that I thought there was no way I was going to breed her this year. Now she is looking great. She has not refused a meal since. She is back up to weight and maybe even a little bigger. I was just wondering if there is any risk/health issues in breeding her again this year. I am more concerned for the health of my snake then trying to get eggs from her.

Please let me know what you think and if you yourself breed year after year. Thanks.

Females as long as they have healthy weight can do back to back breedings no problems.

Some have gone far as every year till they proved out. Its up to you if you think their body is capable or not.
