    I think the F&W laws for the most part are good to an extent , but when it comes down to 90% of the reptiles laws, its just politicians that haven,t got a clue of the difference between their pecker from a snake or a hole in the ground , and pass these laws cause someone with some money & power has a phobia of them ..

    I agree, I am SO!! in favor for regulations, I was 15yo when I got a Burm and there is no reason I should have ever been given the at that age which is why after the 2nd attack I found her a new home. I totally agree that a snake large enough to do that kind of damage to a person should be regulated and require licenses to keep, this would weed out most of the crap in out hobby that buy these things and dont properly secure or care for them. The ban however I am totally agents.
