One year ago today, we had to part ways.
I lost my big girl to cancer.
She was the sweetest soul you could ever meet and loved everyone.

You will forever be missed and never forgotten................

The only complaint I have about dogs is that they don't live long enough... Im dreading the days my boy gets too old, he's like a son to me. Anyway sorry to hear about your dog, but that is one sick tattoo.

    So sorry :(

Lost my shepherd in July at 10 years old. He was my soul. I miss him every day :( Esp. tonight as I sit here all alone. He always made me feel safe and loved.

Don't think I'll ever have another one like him.

    I know how you feel...

I had her cremated, some of her ashes were mixed in with the ink so she will be with me always.
She was almost 5yrs old and never missed a day of work with me until the cancer showed. she rode with me in my truck 12 to 18 hours a day. If I tried to leave her at home, my wife said she would just sit by the front door and wait. She wouldnt eat or do anything for my wife till I got back home. She would even sleep between me and my wife and push her away from me:) She was my baby and friend.

The hard thing is Meat-Loaf was raised with her and took on a lot of her traits.

What a gorgeous dog! I am so sorry for your loss. I had a cat that I had to put down back in March and it is still very difficult to cope with. These animals are like a part of the family.

Beautiful dog, and sorry for your loss... I have a 7year old female pit that is such an amazing animal, I dont know if I will ever even be able to have a dog again after her becasue I will have to high expectations for any other dog..... I feel for you as I am afraid that I will be in the same place you are in now....

That's so sad. Dogs aren't just pets, they are some of our best friends! I lost my first dog several years ago, but I still get choked up when I talk about her. She was a beautiful dalmatian, and the best dog ever. I had her from age 4 to 17. It's hard for our current dogs to live up to her, I'm not sure if any dog will ever be able to.

Meatloaf is a adorable! Your Marley is living on through her too! Very sweet dogs.
