    How can i clean the inside of my 40gallon tank with you taking everything out and replacing the substrate.

    Not really sure what you are asking... I clean mine by removing hides, water bowls, decorations, etc. and vacuuming the substrate out. Then I get a rag and wipe it out with a half bleach half water mix. Wipe it dry and let it air out for a little bit, then put everything back. During the summer I just take everything outside and scrub it with dish soap. I hope that helps.

    thank you that does help. i clean my water dish and and hides ect weekly with 15%bleach and water. but i only totally replace the substrate & moss every 5 -6 months. i wiped down the inside of my tank today with the same bleach water mix on some paper towell and let it air out while i was hanging out with my python.
